Explore our sash window upgrade system, glazing options, and finishing details, chosen to improve comfort, security, and long-term performance.
Our products are designed to improve the performance of traditional timber sash windows while keeping the original look. We develop our own design‑registered products and use the highest quality materials, with many components manufactured specifically for us in the UK. We upgrade existing windows with our design‑registered Solutions Brush Pile System™ to reduce draughts, rattles, and noise, and we use Accoya™ timber for high‑quality joinery and repairs where long‑term stability and longevity matter most.
You can view the Accoya fact sheet here.

Our brush pile seals are made from 100% polypropylene with a central weather fin, helping sash windows and doors slide smoothly while improving draught proofing and weather protection.
Silicone-treated and UV protected, the individual fibres flex to follow uneven surfaces — ideal for the worn rails often found on traditional period windows.
For long-lasting results, we don’t use double-sided taped brush carriers, and we avoid plastic parting beads, which can spoil the authentic look of period sash windows.

Accoya™ has a minimum life expectancy of 60 years against any type of rot and insect attack and as such has the longest guaranteed lifespan of any timber. Accoya™ is the most environmentally friendly timber on the planet and is CO2 negative over its full life cycle. It is also incredibly stable and so holds paint systems for much longer than other timbers leading to less frequent redecoration.
We offer a wide range of glazing options based on a balance between thermal requirements and conservation requirements.
Vacuum glazing- At only 8.3mm thick, this new innovative glass offers a U value of 0.4 W/m²K which exceeds triple glazing. It also has a much longer life expectancy at 50 years plus!
